Agencies and freelancers often share Geovory reports with clients under their own name. White-label branding makes the shared surfaces carry your identity instead of ours.
What gets branded
Once branding is set for a workspace:
- Public report pages (
/r/<id>) show your name and logo in the header instead of the Geovory branding, and use your accent color. - Weekly report emails carry your name in the footer.
- CSV exports are named after your brand instead of
geovory-.
A small "Powered by Geovory" note remains on branded surfaces — clients see your identity first, with honest attribution of the tooling.
Setting it up
- Open your dashboard and go to Settings → Report branding.
- Enter the display name (your agency or brand name).
- Optionally add a logo URL — an
https://image link; a wide, transparent-background logo works best. - Optionally pick an accent color (hex, e.g.
#0f766e). - Save. All report links for this workspace — including ones you already shared — render with the new branding immediately.
Clearing the fields and saving removes the branding again.
Notes
- Branding is per workspace: an agency running one workspace per client can brand each one differently.
- Branding changes presentation only — scores, data and methodology stay identical and inspectable.
